DESCRIPTION:
Although this was not the first track that I uploaded to this site, it was the first track that I recorded, over a year ago. When I decided to start recording songs, this one jumped to the top of my list. I like it for it's simplicity. But, I chose it as my first song for a special reason. During a phone conversation with my grandson, Wyatt (3 years old at the time), he felt led to share with me a song that he had recently learned at Sunday school. He sang "l Love You Lord", in it's entirety, to his Pop Pop, over the phone. I can still hear his soft, simple voice. It was definitely a sweet, sweet sound in my ear. It touched me then, as it touches me each time I think about it. I dedicate this song to each of my grandchildren. May they continue to be a joy to their parents and grandparents and grow daily in their walk with God.
