DESCRIPTION:
I chose the title TIMING for a few reasons. Perhaps the most obvious is the transition from 3/4 to 4/4 time in the beginning. The majority of the song is in 4/4 time which produces a very balanced, binary, familiar feeling. Whereas In the introduction, 3/4 time creates a flowing effect, seeking equilibrium, not quite balanced.
However, the main reason I chose TIMING as the title, is that I believe things happen for a reason. And things happen at a certain time because they were meant to. Perfect timing, Divine timing, Holy Spirit, fate; many names for perhaps the same phenomenon. Everyone has had things happen in their lives for which the timing is..... inexplicable. I have had a series of such events recently which have positively affected my life and directly influenced the production of this song. I hope you enjoy this song.
